Philadelphia, PA - Newlyweds and co-chef/owners, Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan Hardy from At The Table BYOB (11 Louella Court; 610-964-9700) welcome Levante Brewing Company on Wednesday, September 12th for a Six-Course Brewer's Dinner. Levante’s head brewer, Greg Harris will host the evening, that begins at 5:45 pm with the reception of passed hors-d'oeuvres, and continues at 6:30 when dinner starts. Each course has been carefully planned and paired to accentuate the flavors of the food and the beer. The menu includes Shrimp and Crab Ceviche paired with Cloudy and Cumbersome New England IPA; Pan Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras paired with Fruit Fetish Finesse, Cherry Vanilla Sour; House Pappardelle and Lobster paired with Lifestyle Blogger Brut IPA; Pan Seared Halibut paired with Simple Living Hoppy Saison; Pan Seared Duck Breast paired with Green Horizon Double IPA; and Carrot Cake paired with Le Marche Barrel Aged Belgian Quad.

Dinner is served At The Table Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 - 10:00 pm. Prix Fixe Sunday Supper offered from 5:00 - 9:00 pm. The Table is available for on-site private events and off-site catering. Vegetarian and special dietary requests in advance.
