PHILADELPHIA, PA – Get ready to kick off the countdown to the holidays a little early this year! Yards Brewing Company is decking the halls of its Taproom at 500 Spring Garden for a three-day Christmas in July extravaganza. From Friday, July 25, to Sunday, July 27, 2025, the brewery will be filled with holiday cheer, featuring festive food and drink specials, a charity pet portrait event, and an adults-only, hilariously uncensored brewery tour.
Festive Food & Drink (All Weekend)
Throughout the weekend, Yards will serve up a special holiday-themed menu (pay-as-you-go) to get you in the spirit. Look for delicious and creative offerings like:
- Krampus Deviled Eggs
- A Holiday Cheese Board with sugar plum butter
- Christmas Duck with cranberry chutney and mashed potatoes
- Coquito Crème Brûlée (available in boozy and non-boozy versions)
- The Blue Christmas tequila cocktail
For the Pups & Families: Santa Paws Dog Picture Day (Saturday, 11 AM - 4 PM)
On Saturday, July 26, the celebration is a family- and Fido-friendly affair.
- Santa Paws is Coming to Town: From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, guests are invited to bring their pups to the Yards Taproom for a complimentary professional portrait with Santa, played once again by Yards founder Tom Kehoe.
- Support a Great Cause: From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, our charity partner, Home At Last Dog Rescue, will be on-site with a special meet-and-greet featuring adoptable dogs. During this time, 10% of guests' checks will be donated to the rescue. Visitors are also encouraged to bring canned pet food for a donation drive on-site.
For the Grown-Ups: The "X-mas Rated" Brewery Tour (Saturday, 7 PM - 9 PM)
After the family fun winds down, the evening takes an adults-only turn.
- OnlyHans: Christmas in July Edition: On Saturday night, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Yards presents a special holiday edition of its popular 21+ brewery tour series, OnlyHans with Mike Hans.
- Uncensored Fun: Dubbed the "X-mas Rated" tour, this one-night-only event is an unfiltered, no-holds-barred take on the classic brewery tour, part stand-up comedy and part behind-the-scenes deep dive. Please note: No video or photos are allowed.
- Tickets: Tickets are $20 and include two drinks and the tour. Seating is limited, and this event is expected to sell out. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite.
The main Christmas in July celebration at the Taproom is free to attend and open to the public. Don't miss this chance to enjoy some holiday cheer in the heart of summer!
