- Come out to the VERY FIRST Food Truck Food Fight on Sunday, July 8th, 2018 from 3 PM – 6 PM at Peco’s Liquors in Wilmington, DE. This is a Pay as You Go Food Truck Competition featuring fun, food, friendly competition and an awesome trophy!
Benefiting the Trauma Survivors Foundation, this amazing event will feature 2 well-known, award winning food trucks, going head to head for glory, bragging rights and a sweet trophy, created and sponsored by Champion Trophy’s.
Maiale Deli, Salumeria & Food Truck, and Mojo Loco: Eclectic Street Food will battle to win the crowd over in the Popular Vote with a Mystery Ingredient dish, in addition to winning the vote of the Guest Judges of the Food Truck Food Fight, including Ed Williams of The Town Dish, Vincenza Carrieri-Russo: Former Miss Delaware USA and owner of V&M Bistro, and Tom Howell: Program Coordinator at DTCC Culinary Arts Program.
While tasting and judging the 2 Food Truck Competitors, enjoy mountain music for the masses from The Yellowstoners in addition to delicious custom cocktails created and served by the Trauma Survivors Foundation. All alcohol sales will benefit The Trauma Survivors Foundation.
