Philadelphia, PA - Eric Yost, chef/owner of Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden (570 Wellington Square, Exton, PA; 610-458-2337) and Suburban Brewing Co. (2536 Conestoga Avenue, Honey Brook, PA; 610-273-3106) is happy to announce the latest addition to the Suburban family. “Our new baby,” Suburban On The Go, a brand new food truck! Suburban On The Go will spend most Friday and Saturday nights at Suburban Brewing Co.
The menu will feature some of Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden’s signature snacks like, Fried Cheese Curds served with garlic aioli ($6); Pierogies with caramelized onions and sour cream ($7); Breakaway Farm Burger with hop cheddar and tomato jam on a brioche bun ($15); A variety of Fries ($5 - $6) and Mac & Cheese selections ($8 - $12).
“We decided to go mobile, rather than build a kitchen, so that we could be onsite at parties, brewer events and to also offer catering,” explains owner Eric Yost. ”If you can’t make it to Suburban, Suburban will come to you!”
Look for the Suburban Food Truck to roll out Sunday brunch in the coming weeks. The menu will offer Breakfast Sandwiches, Biscuits & Gravy, Creamed Chipped Beef and more.
