Philadelphia, PAPineville Brunch - The Pineville Fishtown has launched a delicious brunch menu for those who love to “brunch.” Chef/Owner Drew Abruzzese has introduced a brunch lineup that consists of his Pineville Tavern favorites, intertwined with items that reflect the neighborhood roots, such as Polish kielbasa. Drew says he has been sharing ideas for the new place with Chef Matt Levin, who is a family friend and mentor.

The two chefs have known each other professionally for more than fifteen years since their successful collaboration at Moonlight in New Hope.

"It’s so exciting watching that two brainstorm and kibitz with one another," said Pineville patriarch Andrew Abruzzese. "They did it years ago at our original Pineville Tavern, and the dishes they created together have become the most popular staples on our menu." Levin is now Executive Chef at Brûlée Catering. He has worked at Lacroix at the famed Rittenhouse Hotel, Aureole in New York City and Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago.
