Chef Jessie Prawlucki opened Fond in 2009 with her husband and colleague, Chef Lee Styer. Before that, Chef Prawlucki worked her way up to Pastry Chef at Le Bec-Fin.

Philadelphia, PA - Holy mackerel!! Waller's Deli has renewed my faith in the adventure and people!! It was Saturday morning, and I ended up in Lakewood, NJ. Usually, I would have gotten right back on the highway and headed for home.
