Philadelphia, PA - World Vegan Day is right around the corner on November 1, and to celebrate the veg-friendly bash, we’re highlighting our go-to Philadelphia restaurants offering ridiculously delicious plant-based fare.

Philadelphia, PA - Chef Jose Garces will shine the spotlight and support fellow chefs from the city and suburbs with a brand-new season-long Chefs in Residency Program that will feature the talents of seven emerging and minority chefs. Each Chef in Residency will showcase their signature dishes as additions to the Volvér menu during a six to the eight-week period during the season.

Philadelphia, PA - For Lorn's background, Lorn shared, "I'm a new American. The first one in my family. My parents escaped the bombs of their homeland and landed in the trenches of South Philadelphia in 1985. Armed with 4 kids and a small one-bedroom apartment on 7th and Jackson Street..they decided to have just one more. They asked my mother what she wanted to name her new 11-pound boy, and she said…Phila, for Philadelphia."
