Philadelphia, PA - More than 6,000 guests descended upon the iconic Philadelphia Boathouse Row for the 8th Philadelphia Le Dîner en Blanc 2019. Marking the eighth year in a row for The City of Brotherly Love and the largest Dîner en Blanc gathering in the country so far this year as guest explored one of the city's most iconic landmarks while mingling among fellow Philadelphians dining.
Philadelphia’s Boathouse Row is located on the east bank of the Schuylkill River in Fairmount Park and known throughout the world for its scenic views along the riverfront.

Home to twelve rowing clubs from which four of the city's universities also compete, "Boathouse Row" is maintained by the individual clubs which together formAttendees dined, danced, along with this year’s performers. Roaming performers included - Originaire, Melissa Dunphy, Etta's Baby Boy - Project Philly and Justin The Magician- followed by the Dewdrop Society Band, DJ Mar, Great on Skates, and DJ Sean Smoove.
Also on hand were The Event Poet, Rev Michael Alan Portraits, Dandy Wellington & Gin Minsky and, event favorite, Mad Beatz. Artists Dora Cuenca, Weston Welch, and Andy Greenleere painted oars which were auctioned off after the event to benefit Broad Street Ministry. This is the second year Le Diner en Blanc Philadelphia is selling work to support BSM.
