Brockton Mayor, Bill Carpenter announced Thursday that Philadelphia Mayor, Jim Kenney had agreed to the Super Bowl LII - Rocky vs. Rocky bet.
The bet? If Philly wins the game, the Brockton's statue of the undefeated Rocky Marciano will be dressed in Eagles attire. If the Patriots win, The Rocky Statue will wear Patriots gear.
