- Gunshots broke near the Clothes Pin Art sculpture across from Philalaephia's City Hall on Monday as at least 11 shots rang-out killing a man on a dirt bike.
Man on Dirt Bike Shot, Near City Hall
Around 6:30 p.m. at 15th and Market Street on Mondy night. Police reported a gunman fired at least 11 bullets from a car. One of the bullets struck a man in his 20's in the head and died at a nearby hospital.
Police are still investigating the incident
