Philadelphia, PA
- New Castle County, Delaware, has seen a spike in drug overdoses during the past two days as reported by law enforcement authorities.
The majority of overdoes were attributed to heroin recovered at the scene. The uptick in overdoses in Delaware has so far resulted in one death, and local authorities are asking anyone with substance abuse addiction to seek out assistance and treatment through the states many substance abuse programs such as Hero Help.
