Forsythia Celebrates Spring With La Fête du Morille, An Earthy Five-Course Feast
On the heels of February's highly successful La Fête du Foie, Chef Christopher Kearse and his team at Forsythia are pleased to announce the next installment in his The French AF Series – a line-up of exceptional dinner experiences focusing on various French culinary regions, delicacies, and flavors. Next up is La Fête du Morille, a festive evening featuring five morel mushroom dishes with an optional pairing of complementing French wines, on Wednesday, April 13.
"We're excited to continue The French AF Series. It gives us a chance to experiment with our menus and offerings while presenting a truly memorable experience to our guests," said Chef Christopher Kearse. "Our goal with this series is to criss-cross France from a culinary perspective and take our guests on a gastronomic joyride throughout regions and flavors of France."
La Fête du Morille is the second in an ongoing French-themed culinary series at Old City's acclaimed contemporary French bar and restaurant. The French AF Series allows Chef Christopher Kearse and his team to experiment with a wide variety of classic French ingredients and offer food enthusiasts a unique, exclusive dining experience available for one-night-only.
