Philadelphia, PA -The 120-year-old Philadelphia Auto Show will occur this year between June 19-27 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The event is traditionally held in winter; however, due to the pandemic this year, the show has been moved to the summer.
2021 Philadelphia Auto Show Tentatively Moved to June 19-27 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center
The Philadelphia Auto Show generates an annual economic impact of $50 million on the City of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania's Commonwealth.
"While the June dates are secured, we will be using the next several months to determine the course of the pandemic and hold the appropriate meetings to determine if the show can be held safely and deliver the exceptional experience attendees and exhibitors expect and deserve," said Kevin Mazzucola, executive director of the Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia, which annually organizes the event.
The show is geared towards educating area consumers and equates to billions in regional auto sales, supporting the local economy. On average, 90% of attendees tend to be in the market for a new vehicle or report their purchasing decision influenced by the show.
Further details on the potential 2021 event will be announced by early Spring.
