Pod Philly Hotel, the micro-hotel pioneer arrives in Philadelphia via an efficient, 11-story, 252-room hotel in a new building north of Rittenhouse Square. Philadelphia restaurateurs Greg Root and Michael Kennedy will operate first-floor Mexican restaurant Condesa, a coffee shop and rooftop taqueria and bar.
