The Spruce Street Harbor Park located at Penn’s Landing right on the Delaware River Waterfront will officially open for the 2016 season on Friday, May 6. Look forward to new and returning vendors, enjoy some craft beer, lots of games and plenty of hammocks to lounge around on the Delaware waterfront. Entrance to the park is Free (Visiting Philadelphia On A Budget).
