PhillyBite InspirePhiladelphia, PA - Your vision is your vision, and It’s the only one that matters. Everyone has something that they want to do, whether it be something that people agree with or disagree with. Whatever it is you want to do, you’ll have people that try to stop you. The people that don’t understand where you are trying to go are will try to bring you down, especially the ones that want to see you lose.

I’ve noticed as I grew up that everyone will have something to say but referring back to my inner voice quiets the outsiders.

Your vision is meant only for you to understand, although you will have people they agree with it, they still don’t see it how you see it. Understanding this changed everything for me, here’s how.

I began to tune out the outsiders

Listening to myself grew me

It was like the volume of others was slowly turned down, like how you turn down a radio

I was the type of person to believe others POV, and that kept my mind in a prison. Everything that I did I worried about what type of feedback I was going to get. When I wanted to try new things I feared the opinions.

I knew something had to change if I wanted to move forward. I started to tell myself that if I embraced my fears, they would go away.

So I Began To Listen To Myself More

After turning down the outside noise, I began to get close to myself. I began to throw the fears inside a box, and lock it forever. I no longer let myself care so much about what other people had to say about what I was doing.

I am a writer. I’m building something around what I love to do, which is motivation and the wellness of the mind. And if someone doesn’t like it then that’s their problem. I started moving forward each day and started to put my opinion before anyone else.

What I’ve Learned From The Experiences

I learned that as long as you breathe, someone will talk down about your goals, so you might as well get used to it. I’ve learned that you are 100 percent in control of your life, so your losses are nobody’s but yours.

I’m staying tunnel vision on my dreams, and I’m not letting anyone or any opinion derail my route.
