Located on Philadelphia Avenue and 21st Street, Phillips was the anchor of the Ocean City dining scene for generations. Famous for its crab soup, oysters, and fresh fish.


Phillips Crab House in Ocean City Closes for Good

Its interior was decorated with colorful lights and Tiffany-style lampshades, and the restaurant boasted ten dining rooms and could serve up to 1,200 guests.

Phillips Crab House was one of many casual seafood destinations in the city. With all-you-can-eat specials and a relaxed, seasonal ambiance, this crab has was a popular choice among locals and tourists. The casual setting made it an excellent choice for lunch or dinner.

In a Facebook and Instagram post, the Phillips family mentioned the "extremely difficult" decision to close the Ocean City restaurant and did not mention why the restaurant closed.
