fireInside the kitchen, look for Blume to concentrate on contemporary appetizers, approachable entrees, wood-fired pizzas, and considerable vegetarian as well as vegan alternatives. The menu will highlight street food and comfort food favorites, with regionally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The fare will include a few Cinder and Craft Concepts Group signature favorites

The drink program is going to be cocktail, and natural wine-focused - a first for Craft Concepts Group. Light, fun, and fruity well-crafted cocktails are going to share draft lines with natural wines. The beer will likely showcase a robust selection of local ales, lagers and ciders - obtainable in the draft, can and bottle.

Blume's design will feature a lush green-scape on the ceiling, brand-new fixtures, fun character designs, gem-colored mirrors, elegant wallpaper, brand-new seating area with banquets, installation of walls for private events and a few more surprises.
