Philadelphia, PA - Restaurants across the state are applauding a vote today in the Pennsylvania Senate, allowing the sale of to-go cocktails. The bill now makes its way to Governor Tom Wolf's desk to sign into legislation, as restaurants and bars throughout The City of Philadelphia get ready to offer to-go cocktails the minute his pen hits the paper and makes it legal.

For Leda and the Swan and Wine Dive, the shut-down from the global pandemic was a hard hit since both bars had opened only weeks before.
The Stove and Co Restaurant Group see new opportunities to continue to recover with the addition of cocktails to their food offerings
"Craft Concepts Group and our properties have been shuttered since this crisis began - with nearly 350 employees affected by the shut-down," said Craft Concepts Group owner Teddy Sourias. "We applaud the state of Pennsylvania for seeing how important this change was to the economic recovery of restaurants across the state."
