- Chicago’s Goose Island Beer Company is moving to Fishtown. The new Goose Island Brewhouse is coming to 1002 Canal Street in Fishtown this March It will be a place to kick back and enjoy Goose Island beers and gastro-pub eats like mussels, burgers, and hanger steak.
The brewhouse will serve Goose Island’s beers from 28 draft taps as well as 2 cask lines, the kitchen will feature grubs from Chief Miller, formerly of Harvest Seasonal Grill. The menu will feature “traditional brewpub food.” It’s just like the offerings at Goose Island’s Clybourn Brewhouse in Chicago.
Goose Island Brewhouse’s hours will be Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. in the summertime.
