The bubbly beverage will make a fitting addition to La Colombe’s menu due to the amazing draft system that dispenses their unique lattes.
Manufactured by Mobtown Fermentation, Wild Kombucha has been expanding in the mid-Atlantic since it was first introduced in 2015 thanks to their special line of kombucha flavors crafted with natural fruit juices, and is currently available in over 300 venues, including Whole Foods and Harris Teeter. After acquiring an automated bottling machine in 2017, the small company found significant growth and started out to turn its sights to the north.
