Philadelphia, PA - Saige Coffee House will bring a new cafe to The Schmidt’s Commons in mid-winter of 2018. This new food and drink offering is not just a coffee house, but a warm and unique environment designed to be inspirational, inviting and productive. This vision compliments the other innovative food, drink and lifestyle offerings at The Schmidt’s Commons that cater to entrepreneurs and millenials, such as WeWork, DGX and Urban Village Brewing Company.
Coffee will be sourced from Red House Roasters. Speciality drinks will include cold brew on tap; Nitro Cold Brew; fruit infused, hand-crafted iced teas; single origin pour overs; all different types of lattes; herbal hot teas; and hand-crafted vegetable and fruit smoothies. The menu will include a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches, paninis and salads - available all day from open to close.
