PhillyBite10 Philadelphia, PA - Gaetano's of Pennsauken, Pennsauken Twp, NJ. I just happen to be Uber driving around South Jersey all morning, and I am starving. I was going to stop two hours ago. Still, I kept picking up riders, and now my hunger is finally rendered me incapable of driving.

I was near Pennsauken, New Jersey, and Gaetano's of Pennsauken has been on my radar for some time now. Gaetano's are independently owned, so this is my third unique Gaetano's experience. Gaetano's of Pennsauken is in an unassuming strip mall across from Bishop Eustace, and do they have inside seating.

It was a little after 11 AM, and they already had a stack of delivery orders heading out the door. Sidebar - When I was leaving, there were at least eight cars & trucks in the parking lot.

I left Gaetano's with more questions than answers, for instance, they have 17 Cheesesteak options, each with three sizes choices, and on what is a vast menu.

On the flip side, they do have something for just about everyone, as well as a special every day of the week (yes, including weekends) and 6 clipless coupons.

It would be fascinated to see 17 people with each with one of the Cheesesteak options. Actually, 15 because 2 of the cheesesteak options did not appeal to me at all, Caesar and blue cheese.

I ordered the Garlic Bread Cheesesteak, on what turned out to be, a fantastic garlic bread. Big, wide, semi-bready sesame seed roll turned into garlic heaven with the right amount of steak on top.

The Cheesesteak was good, and it had a decent amount of meat. Good size pieces of fried onion that could have spent a minute or two longer on the grill.

A perfect cheese melt but maybe needed a slicer or 2 more of cheese. The garlic bread was heaven, and I got a garlic bread cheesesteak.

I can only wonder what the other 16-cheese steak options look like. Tonight I am going to dream about the Italian Cheesesteak smothered in spinach and sharp provolone.
