Lancaster, PA - Located at 401 N. Prince Steet, in the first floor of The Pressroom Building, Amorette is being lead by a Michelin-trained staff, including Executive Chef Daniel LeBoon, a Lancaster local who trained under world-renowned chefs. Chef LeBoon had been the chef and owner of the French restaurant Josephine’s in Marietta, PA.
Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy a private chef ’s table inside of Amorette’s kitchen area where they may experience an intimate, 12-course, blind tasting menu prepared just by the chef and staff. Offerings will include a chance to try rare truffles, red Argentina shrimp, five different caviars, Nantucket scallops and A5 Kobe beef.
Wine pairings, available with any of the multi-course menu options, will take center stage at Amorette. Michelin-trained Parisian Level 3 Sommelier theirry Lesparre has recently made it his goal to create an experience that will enlighten diners and open their palates to uncommon vintages. Lesparre has brought 500 different labels to Amorette from ten major countries, with deep French and American lists.
