Philadelphia, PAPhillyBite10 - Usaquénlocated at 1700 North Third Street, Philadelphia, PA. Usaquén (OO·SAH·KEN) is the first Traditional and Fusion Colombian Cuisine based in Philadelphia area.

The restaurant brings traditional and fusion Colombian food to Philly. Usaquén, is a vibrant neighborhood located in the city of Bogotá and is the birthplace of Chef Mel Tenorio, and the inspiration for creating a gastronomic experience. Recognizing Philadelphia as a foodie city, Chef Mel saw a void to fill as there was a lack of good traditional Colombian cuisine. Chef Mel brings his passion for Colombian gastronomy by bringing together a traditional Colombian cuisine with alternating fusion influences.

The menu has something for everone including: Le Paysan -Smoked turkey, brie & apple chutney $14, Soho Mediterranean - Hummus, grilled vegetables & halloumi cheese $15, and Bacon Steak - Steak, onions, bacon & cheddar $18

The BYOB is now open in Kensington at 1700 N. 3rd Street Philadelphia PA 19122. Hours are Tuesday - Friday, 7am - 2pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 3pm. and closed on Mondays.
