Storm the Field Double IPA: PA Brewery Collaboration Release
This unique brew is not just about deliciousness – it's about collaboration. 'Storm the Field' was designed to coincide with the first-ever Hoppy Valley Brewers Fest at Penn State University's Beaver Stadium on Saturday, May 11. "This beer embodies the same spirit as the festival – celebrating the power of independent brewers coming together to create something extraordinary," says Antifragile owner and event co-organizer John Schaffer.
"We wanted to push the boundaries of the classic West Coast IPA," says Tröegs co-founding brother and brewmaster John Trogner. "We fell in love with the juicy stone fruit flavors of the Nectaron hop and built the whole beer around it." Featuring a dynamic combination of Azacca, Chinook, Citra, and Nectaron hops, 'Storm the Field' bursts with notes of nectarine, peach, and a hint of pine.
Can't make it to the festival? Do not worry! You can find 'Storm the Field' on draft and in limited 16 oz—Cans at Tröegs and select locations throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. Use the Tröegs Brew Finder to track it down and get ready to experience a true craft beer collaboration.
