- 1¾ ounces Ilegal Joven Mezcal
- ½ ounce Cointreau Liqueur
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- One tablespoon maple syrup
- One fresh thyme sprig plus more for garnish
- Goslings Ginger Beer
