Dock Street Brewing's New FOMO 4-Pack

FOMO Flights and More for International Beer Day at Dock Street South

The FOMO Fligh features 6oz pours from Dock Street Futuro, Dock Street Bohemian Pilsner, Dock Street Bindlestiff Grisette, and Dock Street Prince Myshkin Russian Imperial Stout.

FOMO Flight

• Dock Street Futuro (4.8% ABV). This Italian-style Pilsner has been crafted to create a crisp and delicate malt base. It is then dry-hopped after fermentation using Blanc and Saaz.
• Dock Street Bohemian Pilsner (5% ABV). Brewed in the style of original Bohemian pilsners, this crisp, refreshing beer has a noble, gentle hop aroma and a clean, dry, malty finish.
• Dock Street Bindlestiff Grisse (4.8% ABV). This Belgian-style beer is brewed using Pilsner malt with a modest percentage of wheat. It's a table Saison that originated in the mining communities along the border between France and Belgium.
• Dock Street Prince Myshkin Russian Empire Stout (9.8% ABV). Prince Myshkin is dark, midnight-black due to its high proportion of malts, including roasted and chocolate. It is a smooth, delicious brew with notes of coffee, dark fruits, and chocolate.

These four beers are also available in a new FOMO 4-Pack you can take home starting Friday. Dock Street Mexican Ale will be available on draft (16oz cans are coming soon) for International Beer Day. The Ciudad Wide is a play on Citywide and features a 10oz pour from the Mexican Lager with a shot of Vicio Mezcal, Dock Street Spirits' sister spirits label. The Futuro Beer Spritz combines Dock Street Italian Pilsner, apertivo, and orange to create the ultimate vacation feeling.

The menu will feature housemade Meatballs, a tribute to Dock Street Futuro Italian Pilsner. Belgian Truffle Fries, to be washed down with Dock Street Bindlestiff. Churro Bites, as a dessert, to be paired with Dock Street Mexican Lager.
