Philadelphia, PACoopers’ Craft New Barrel Reserve Expression - Brown-Forman recently announces the expansion of its Coopers’ Craft Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey together with their release of, Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve. Launched in 2016 as Brown-Forman’s latest bourbon brand in 20 years, Coopers’ Craft bourbon is going to expand in 2019 with the launch of a 100-proof Barrel Reserve.

The original Coopers’ Craft bourbon is still aged in a standard American White Oak barrel. Shortly after it's finished the aging process, the bourbon passes through a unique beech and birch charcoal filtering, producing a smooth as well as mild bourbon, bottled at 82.2-proof. In comparison, Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve is aged in a particular chiseled and charred American White Oak barrel, enabling the whiskey to interact more intensely with the wood, producing a robust and considerably more complex flavor profile.
