Whether lovebirds are celebrating their 30th Valentine's Day or their first, these Philly restaurants are pulling out all the stops to get the blood flowing and sparks flying.

Lovebirds who dig luxe environs should head to Ocean Prime for a romantic evening at one of Center City’s gorgeous seafood and steakhouse. Delicious Valentine’s Day features include an 8 oz. filet served with lobster tortellini, decadent truffle cream sauce, topped with shaved truffle ($60) as well as a Salted Caramel Brown Butter Torte served with vanilla mousse and bourbon caramel ($12). Whether it’s the first Valentine’s Day or the 25th, sweethearts can cheer to love with Ocean Prime’s signature “The Luxe” cocktail made with Stoli Elite, St. Germain, house-made sour, Prosecco, and gold sugar rim ($15).

Devil’s Den is offering an a la carte Valentine's Day menu to get the sparks flying. Philly's premier craft beer restaurant and bar are setting the mood this Valentine’s Day with the most notorious aphrodisiac - Fresh Shucked Oysters served with pinenuts, arugula, shaved parmesan, and strawberry vinaigrette. Guests can also enjoy a Salmon with Red Wine Cinnamon Reduction served with oven-roasted carrots, as well as delicious Artichoke Hearts, breaded and fried, and served with basil mayo. After slurping down the oysters, guests can cuddle up next to Philly's best wood-burning fireplace and get the blood flowing with one of six feature draft brews, including Freewill Passionfruit Berliner, Rogue Mocha Porter, Goose Island Halia, and Stone Enjoy by 2.14.17, among the mix.

Parks & Recreation star, Leslie Knope, coined the term in 2010 and since then, February 13th has since been known as Galentine's Day. For those not a fan of the show, Galentine's Day is a fictional holiday created for ladies and the love they have for their girlfriends. Jet Wine Bar, Philadelphia's "global vineyard," is celebrating accordingly this year with a Galentine's Day celebration on Monday, February 13th at 4pm. Ladies can celebrate each other while enjoying $1 off all glasses of rosé as well as a $15 rosé flight and a specialty sparkling rosé cocktail. While guests sip rosé, a Parks & Recreation marathon will play on the Jet Wine Bar televisions. Although Galentine's Day is for the ladies, men are more than welcome to join in on the festivities!

Rex 1516, South Street's southern-inspired restaurant and bar is offering a three-course a la carte Valentine’s Day menu with a southern twist. The feature menu kicks off with Crispy Marinated Cauliflower served with baby arugula, shaved pecorino, lemon and extra virgin olive oil, and Seared Scallops served with mushroom, fennel and bitter greens. For the main course, guests will get a taste of the south with a Cold-Smoked Duck Breast served with collard greens, chestnut polenta and collard liquor. Sweethearts with a sweet tooth should be sure to indulge in the Apple & Almond Pave served with caramelized apples, almond frangipane, and maple & thyme ice cream. Rex 1516 has prepared two specialty cocktails for the lover’s holiday – Jack Rose, made with apple brandy, rye, lemon & house-made grenadine ($9) and Deep Royale, made with sparkling wine, crème de mure, and hellfire bitters ($11), as well as a feature cocktail made to share – Pink Squirrel, made with crème de noyaux, crème de cacao and cream ($10).

For $65, guests will enjoy a Tuna Carpaccio amuse served with soy, ginger, chili flakes and sesame, Cauliflower Soup served with crab, apple, beet and nasturtium followed by an Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb served with tallegio polenta, Tardivo raicchio and spicy tomato jam. For Philadelphian's looking for a different approach to date night this Valentine's Day, Bluebird Distilling and Fette Sau are teaming up for an all-pig focused prix-fixe menu with specialty cocktail pairings for $80. Fette Sau Executive Chef, Jason Goodman, has prepared a five-course dinner guests can truly "pig out" on. Each course is paired perfectly with a carefully curated cocktail by Phoenixville distillery, Bluebird Distilling. Menu highlights include a Mushroom Duxelle Stuffed Pork Loin paired with an Orange Vanilla Old Fashioned, as well as a Fresh Ham with Pear Mustardo to be carved tableside complemented by a Spiced Bourbon Pear Punch. Dinner starts at 7pm and reservations are required.

Sky Philadelphia, the venue formerly known as Top of the Tower, is hosting Cupid in the Sky this Valentine's Day from 6-8pm. Love-struck couples will have a front row seat to the twinkling lights of the city's western skyline while enjoying live music from Louis Petenelli Duo and a deluxe tasting menu paired with a complimentary flight of three wines.  The six courses include an antipasti, followed by Shrimp Cocktail, Butternut Squash Soup, Arugula Salad, choice of entrée, and choice of dessert at $185 per couple.
