Philadelphia, PAFree in February Kicks Off at Dilworth Park on Friday - During the month of February visitors to Philadelphia’s Dilworth Park may ice skate for free thanks to Capital One. All month long, visitors will receive a complimentary admittance pass for the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink for merely stopping by the Capital One Rittenhouse Café situated a couple of blocks from Dilworth Park at 135 S. 17th Street (17th and Walnut streets).
