PHILADELPHIA - A shooting broke-out inside a building around 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Leaving a 3-year-old boy wounded.
According to local authorities, the young boy was shot once in the right hand and once in the arm and is expected to recover from his injuries.
The boy is being treated at a nearby hospital and remains in stable condition. No other injuries were reported in the shooting, which is still under investigation by Police.
