Philadelphia, Pa. – October 14, 2016 – On September 21, The Dow Chemical Company joined Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia for the first phase of the Diamond Park Build, Habitat’s largest local construction project culminating in twenty-one units of affordable homeownership in the Lower North Central Philadelphia neighborhood.

Jessica Beth Schwartz dreamed of graduating college, but she didn't make it due to complications from a heart transplant. Each year 4 local college-bound organ transplant recipients receive scholarships in her honor.

The Logan will be hosting an Octoberfest-inspired event, “Craft & Craft,” infusing artsy crafts & craft beer/cocktails. The event will be a hands-on arts & crafts workshop led by crafter Regina Jones. Guests will have the chance to create their own handmade greeting cards, using vintage wallpaper, while sipping craft beer or cocktails.
