The event, taking place from October 9-16, will mark the historic 250th anniversaries of both the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

The massive gathering, now in its twelfth year, celebrated French elegance and Philadelphia community with a "100 Years of Gatsby" theme, marking the centennial of the novel's publication.
