Philadlephia to Ban Plastic Bags Starting July 1st

Philadelphia, PA - The City of Philadelphia’s ordinance on single-use plastic bags, initially passed by the City Council in December 2019, will be implemented starting July 1, 2021—extending the implementation delay by another six months.

Barricaded Man Dead After Exchange of Gunfire With Police
