Philadelphia, PA - Trash and Recycling Collection Updates: The Streets Department has suspended recycling collections for Monday, July 27, and Tuesday, July 28 to allow crews to prioritize trash collection and return to a normal trash collection schedule as quickly as possible. Residents should place trash out on their normal trash collection day this week.

Philadelphia Students to Start Year Online Under New Plan

Philadelphia, PA - The Philadelphia School District has made some modifications to its Advancing Education Safely Plan, to open Philadelphia schools this year. The new strategy would start the current school year with all students learning remotely from home for the initial marking period that ends on November 17, 2020.
