Philadelphia, PA - A police chase in Bucks County ends up with two in custody in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon. Sometime around 3 p.m., an unidentified man and woman were reported to have stolen a Newtown Township vehicle.

According to police, the suspects struck two pedestrians soon after. At this point, officials believe the stolen vehicle becomes disabled. Then a passerby stopped to help the victims and was carjacked by the male suspect.
The Police stop the carjacked vehicle near Orthodox Street in Philadelphia, taking a man and woman into custody. At this point, there is no word on the conditions of the two pedestrians' injuries.
