Brothers Leo, Pep, and Jim Osmanollaj Make Their Mark on the Philadelphia Dining Scene

The Osmanollaj brothers have come a long way since they arrived from Kosovo in 2000. After opening their first restaurant, Haveaburger, in Havertown in 2016, the trio has expanded their culinary ventures to include m2o Burgers & Salads in Philadelphia. And this year, they opened Toska Restaurant & Brewery in the city to reconnect with their Albanian heritage.

At Toska, guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas and various dishes, all complemented by handcrafted beers. The restaurant has distinctive flavors and a warm ambiance that reflects the brothers' commitment to preserving their Albanian heritage.

"It has been an incredible journey since we arrived in America 16 years ago," said Leo Osmanollaj. "We are so proud to be able to share our culture and love of food with the people of Philadelphia through our restaurants."

The brothers are also excited about what the future holds for them and Toska Restaurant & Brewery. They plan to continue expanding their culinary ventures throughout the city and beyond.
