Philadelphia, PAGreens and Grains Expands Across Greater Philadelphia Area - Greens and Grains is expanding across the greater Philadelphia region.  The chain signed licensing agreements to open new restaurants in Aramark establishments and venues. Greens and Grains also works with MBB Management to open brick-and-mortar restaurants in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs.

Greens and Grains owner and founder Nicole Jacoby stated, "We will still focus on Philadelphia and try to maximize... and then expand to other places." The chain is reopening a stand at Citizens Bank Park to serve fast-casual vegan and vegetarian offerings to hungry sports fans.  The concept will then look for new locations that are between 1,500 and 3,000 square feet in size.

The restaurant has five locations currently in Camden, Atlantic, and Monmouth counties, and two more are coming soon to Wall Township and Mays Landing. Menu options include a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, such as pita sandwiches, smoothies, and bowls.
