Philadelphia, PA – October 26, 2016 – Pennsylvania 6, the classic American bistro in Midtown Village, is excited to announce the return of their popular party brunch with a new Halloween-themed installment, “Not Your Basic Brunch: Party of the Dead,” this Sunday, October 30th.
Brunch-goers are encouraged to dress up like their favorite deceased celebrity and enjoy an afternoon of brunch bites, beverages and beats from 2pm-8pm.
Brunchers can enjoy a delicious Pick Your Effen Poison cocktail – pomegranate juice, lime juice, and Red Bull with a choice of Effen flavored vodka – served from a smoking Witch's Cauldron with dry ice; as well as a selection of punch bowls, including Party Animal served with Courvoisier VSOP, fresh lemon juice, bitters, honey, Lillet Blanc, fresh raspberries and edible flowers and Lion's Kiss served with Effen Black Cherry, St Germain, CavaBrut, pomegranate seeds and mint, among the mix.
A bottle service option will also be available with a wide selection of liquors.
After guests work up an appetite boogying to the Spin City DJZ tunes, they can enjoy a spread of bites from the brunch menu, including Brioche French Toast served with caramelized bananas, lemon curd cream and maple syrup; a Penn 6 Omelette served with lump crab meat, mushrooms, truffle broccolini and grana padano; a Lobster Roll served with celery, green onion and mayonnaise on a buttered roll with duck fat fries; or a bite from the extensive Raw Bar, among the mix.

The guest wearing the best dead celebrity costume will receive a cash prize along with a free table for the next Not Your Basic Brunch event at Pennsylvania 6.
