Couch Tomato Cafe Makes Plans to Open in Conshohocken

Philadelphia, PA - The Couch Tomato Café in Conshohocken is set to open this year. It is a multi-location business that is both a cafe and a bistro. Currently, the company has two locations: one in Manayunk and the other in West Chester. In the early days of the pandemic, the two locations were often busier, but as the neighborhood has changed so has the demand for healthy, delicious food.

Restaurant Group owners Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich. This opening represents the fifth grand opening for the group during the pandemic as they expand into the Western Pennsylvania market.
