Carolyn Nguyen and Michael Sultan own and operate 33rd Street Hospitality Catering, which includes Revolution Taco, Revolution Taco Food Truck, The Mills Cafe and Say Cheese Philly Food Truck. They bring together a combined 25 years of restaurant and catering experience to bring the city of Philadelphia a seasonal, ingredient inspired, fresh, exciting twist on tacos and other foods. Back when Revolution Taco opened, the duo realized together the demand for a fast casual eatery specializing in tacos - and saw an opportunity to expand their businesses.
