Joseph's Pizza Parlor Celebrates One-Year RejuvenationPHILADELPHIA, PA – Joseph’s Pizza Parlor, Fox Chase’s legendary pizzeria and bar serving high-quality hand-tossed pies, cheesesteaks, and more since 1966, is celebrating the first anniversary of its rejuvenation under the management of the team behind Gaul & Co. Malt House with an all-new build-your-own pasta menu. Available just in time for National Pasta Day on Tuesday, October 17, diners can now enjoy building their own pasta with a bevy of sauces, pasta, and elevated add-ons to select from.

Guests can select one type of pasta with a choice of sauce for $18 per dish and an array of optional add-ons available for $8 each. Current options include rigatoni and spaghetti imported from Italy; gnocchi handmade with ricotta; traditional red sauce made with slow simmered Italian tomatoes, olive oil, fresh garlic, cracked pepper, and basil; vodka blush sauce reduced in vodka with browned garlic, browned butter and cream; and alfredo sauce made from fresh cream, butter, garlic, chicken broth and freshly grated pecorino romano. Optional add-ons include Nonna’s Homemade Meatballs simmered in red sauce, sausage blend of mild and spicy simmered in red sauce, chicken parmigiana hand-breaded chicken cutlets with red sauce and melted mozzarella, or a combination of meatball & sausage.

In addition to the new pasta menu offering guests even more reasons to visit Joseph’s Pizza Parlor this fall season, the restaurant has recently launched a delivery service seven days a week from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Customers in the neighborhood can now call the restaurant for world-class pizza and other Italian fare delivered straight to their door.
