The Constantinou family has been in the restaurant industry for over 77 years. John and Sophie Constantinou operated a sub-shop in the Forty Acres Neighborhood from 1951 to 1952. Later, the couple bought the B&O Restaurant in Trolley Square and turned it into a steakhouse. They were the first to serve prime beef in the state of Delaware.

Aside from the teas, there are also a variety of bowls and snacks. The Mercury Cafe & Teahouse is located in the heart of Historic New Castle, Delaware. It is a great place to visit if you're in town for a day trip or a weekend getaway.
