Ambler, PA (April 20, 2016) – Gypsy Blu has announced that it will be hosting an exclusive evening dedicated to supporting the effort to preserve a wooded hillside lot along Rose Valley Creek, known as the Edgewood Preserve. The Gypsy Blu is located at 34 E Butler Ave, Ambler, PA. Please call for reservations: (215) 283-6080.

Edgewood Preserve is the land identified in Ambler's 2006 Open Space Plan as "a vulnerable natural resource with the highest priority for procuring". The intense level of development throughout the Wissahickon Watershed has altered the hydrology and impacted the health of the Wissahickon Creek and it's many tributaries.

When the full amount of $75,000 is raised, Ambler Borough will hold the deed, preserving it forever as passive open space. Currently, over $63,000 has been raised though events and focused asking. Raising the remainder of the money is where places like Gypsy Blu come in.

As part of the special evening, Gypsy Blu will be offering a four course dinner with a glass of Karamoor wine paired with each dish for $60 a person or $45 a person without the wine pairing.
