PhillyBite Snow StormPhiladelphia, PA - The City is forecast to receive 12 to 18 inches of accumulating snow from a nor’easter that began today and is predicted to end tomorrow evening. The National Weather Service Winter Storm Warning is in effect through Thursday at 2 am.With another storm occurring, Managing Director Michael DiBerardinis announced that a Snow Emergency will be declared for the City of Philadelphia beginning 9 am on Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
