The honor is awarded annually to a female leader in the community who has provided her time and talent in support of our regions United Way.

New Starbucks Coffee Kiosk Coming to Dilworth Park

Philadelphia, PA - The Center City District (CCD) has begun construction on a brand-new coffee kiosk at the southern part of Dilworth Park near 15th Street. Following final approval by the city's Historical Commission and Art Commission. The coffee kiosk is going to open sometime in April.

Angelo’s Pizza South Philly Closed After One Week Due to a Fire

Philadelphia, PA - Angelo’s Pizza of Haddonfield had been opened for just one week with lines out the door in South Philly, was ordered by Philadelphia's Department of Licenses and Inspections to close until further notice. A fire broke out shortly after midnight underneath its primary oven, explained owner Danny DiGiampietro.
