Carrafiello’s for his 22 years of service as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, assigned to the Trial Division from 1995 through 2009, and then to the Orphans’ Court Division from 2010 to the present. Judge Carrafiello was appointed Administrative Judge of the Orphans’ Court Division and has served in that position since January 2015.
