NJ Police Chief Will Not Enforce Governor's COVID-19 OrderPhiladelphia, PA - Howell NJ Police Chief Andrew Kudrick, said police officers will not be going door-to-door to enforce rules. His department will not be enforcing the states 10-person limitation set by the NJ Governor.


 

NJ Police Chief Will Not Enforce States 10 Person Gathering Order

Chief Kudrick issued a statement to the public regarding his department's position on the state's new gatherings restrictions.

During the interview on Sunday, the police chief call Gov Phil Murphy's order limiting indoor gatherings to 10 people as 'draconian' because it would be detrimental to our community's relationship.

Governor Murphy imposed a 10-person limit on indoor gatherings in an order that went into effect on November 17, 2020.
