PhillyBite Seaport Village and PeirNorth Wildwood, NJ - has revealed plans for restorations at a forgotten pier along the boardwalk. The pier, formerly known as Seaport Village will transform into a year rount spot to be renamed Seaport Pier.


Located at 22nd and the Boardwalk the property has sat empty since its  former days as a shopping center. The latest renovations will bring a trendy coffee bar, restaurant, swim club and a concert venue.

Plans include two main stages; one facing the beach the other the pier, a restaurant/bar/café building that will accommodate approximately 600 people and an open air pizzeria. When completed the space will also include an outdoor bar on the pier, with a pier extension for a private pool with swim-up bar as well as a rooftop stage for local entertainers.
